The Two of Spades (スペードの2, Supeedo no Ni), known as Human Elevator (Japanese: 人間エレベーター, Ningen Erebeetaa), is a game exclusive to the Netflix adaptation of Alice in Borderland and was shown briefly during the Episode 5 montage. This game was completed by an unnamed player.

Game Overview[]

Rules[]

  • Players must hang onto the bottom of an elevator as it rises to the top of a building.
  • It is GAME CLEAR if the player manages to hold onto the elevator the entire game.
  • It is GAME OVER if the player falls off the elevator.

Details[]

Throughout the journey upwards, the elevator will occasionally stop moving for unspecified amounts of time, thus making the game last much longer than necessary and increasing strain on players' stamina.

Potential Solution[]

Depending on the rules using your shirt or clothing to tie your hand to the bar would be feasible for anyone. Also depending on the rules if you aren't specified to hold onto the bottom of elevator with your hands you could also wrap your feet around the bar assuming there is space. It is uncertain whether being able to use outside equipment is legal, but the show features people wielding weapons like guns and swords for spade challenges so finding rope and using it should be okay.
