Toei Sendagaya Apartment (都営千駄ヶ谷アパート, Toei Sendagaya Apāto) is an apartment building that serves as the game venue for the Five of Spades game (in the manga, in the OVA, and in the Netflix live-action).
Overview[]
Manga and OVA Version[]
The apartment complex is seven stories tall and is shaped like an L. There are three staircases, one on each end and one at where the two corridors intersect. The area is surrounded with landmines. The Tagger first appears on the southern side of the building. The safe zone is located on the 4th floor. The apartment that is guarded by the Tagger contains two waist-height pillars with big buttons on top, which have to be pressed simultaneously in order to clear the game.
Netflix Version[]
The building is seven stories tall and is shaped like a T, visible in a single wide shot. Two staircases are located on the front side: one on the west wing and one in the center beside the elevator. To the right of the central staircase, there is a long hallway, which ends with another staircase. The windows on the back side of the building are close enough for a person to jump between them. The safe zone is located in apartment #406 on the fourth floor. There are two wall-mounted emergency buttons inside the main bedroom of the apartment, and they need to be pressed simultaneously in order to clear the game.

History[]
An unnamed male participant reveals a local urban legend about the Toei Sendagaya Apartment building. According to the legend, a serial killer committed a mass murder of 10-20 people in the apartments. Another unnamed female participant confirms the man's words and mentions that the serial killer may have been a veteran, which made this event big news. She notes that the killer either got a life sentence or was executed.
