Queen of Clubs (Netflix)

The Queen of Clubs (クラブのクイーン, Kurabu no Kuīn), also known as "Target" (たーげっと, Tāgetto), is a game featured in Episode 7 of Alice in Borderland.

As a Clubs challenge, the game requires players to balance each other's strengths and weaknesses and work as a team.

Rules[]

Each pair occupies a narrow concrete rib that separates the space into deep shafts.
Players throw glowing balls at their opponents to knock them off their platforms.
It is GAME CLEAR for the last standing pair or player.
It is GAME OVER if a player or Citizen falls off their platform.

Details[]

There are seven concrete ribs for each pair to stand on, and deep empty pits for water in between. The venue is moderately dark, ceiling lights are off and the natural light of the sky provides the only illumination within the plant.

Trivia[]

It is one of the four games played simultaneously in a montage in Episode 7 (Season 2).
At least one player is confirmed to receive a GAME OVER during the game. Only two players, Kuina and Ann, are shown leaving the game venue, which points at their sole survival.
This game is one of the exclusive Face Card games seen in the Netflix adaptation.
The game takes place inside Nakajima Purification Center (中島浄化センター) located in Shizuoka Prefecture.^{[citation needed]}
